Job Description:

Ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare information technology as a senior software engineer/architect . Minimum educational and experience requirement is a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years experience. Will consider qualified candidates without healthcare background if they meet all other requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact regularly with customer are essential. Must understand object-oriented development methodologies and tools including Rational Rose. Should be comfortable with technical leadership position and able to clearly communicate with developers.  Strong preference given for experience with the Military and/or Veteran’s Health systems, and understanding of HIPAA compliance, HL-7 and other healthcare IT standards
